Local, Toronto-based Ransom Holding Co. recently teamed up with Portland-based eyewear company Shwood, for a limited edition re-design collabo for the brands “Canby” model. Using Canadian oak wood, each pair of glasses is numbered and features Ransom’s signature sword emblem on the frame with polarized lenses and a special box. The lenses are optical quality SOLA by Carl Zeiss, which offer 100% UVA/UVB protection. These sunnies are extremely limited, with only 50 units being sold. The wood glasses are currently available online through the Ransom Holding Co. and Shwood Eyewear stores.
