Have you heard up-and-coming Toronto act Illyin Pipes yet? The duo are building buzz and set to release their debut EP, titled Spaces, the top of next year. This past summer they released the upcoming EP’s lead single “Waking Up“ and now we at Sidewalk Hustle are pleased to premiere their second single.
The track is titled “Daylight Confidant” and it’s a dizzying delight that is thick with synths. As Jill Harris of Illyin Pipes explained…
“Daylight Confidant” is about a blurry night spent consoling a friend who was falling apart, while masking my own breakdown.
