Balenciaga’s first campaign under Pierpaolo Piccioli is a measured introduction. Titled Heart and Body, the Summer 26 outing signals a people-first direction for Balenciaga. Shot by David Sims, the portraits are clean and direct, with the focus squarely on the individual rather than the set.

The house ambassadors leading the campaign are Winona Ryder, whose career spans independent classics and major studio films; Harris Dickinson, recognized for his recent dramatic screen roles; and Roh Yoon-seo, known for her work in Korean film and television. Each brings a distinct body of work that aligns with Piccioli’s emphasis on character and presence.

They are joined by Friends of the House, including Danielle Deadwyler, noted for her critically acclaimed performances, Havana Rose Liu, part of a new generation of film talent, and Labrinth, the composer and producer known for his work across music and screen. Actor Hudson Williams also appears, alongside models Mona Tougaard, Loli Bahia, Ned Sims, and Sen Samysheva.

Heart and Body sets the tone without excess. It introduces Piccioli’s Balenciaga through a cast defined by their work, placing identity and personality at the center of the image.
