Celine creative director Phoebe Philo takes the cover of The New York Times T Style magazine for the the spring 2014 season looking oh-so french and casual in a knit turtle neck. The cover image was shot by Karin Sadli for the Women’s Fashion issue, complimented by the caption “The Woman Who KNows What Women Want.”
