Pharrell continues his trend of terrible hats in the spring summer issue of Numéro Homme. This time sports frog slip ons and a full on sailor outfit, looking happy frolicking in the rain. On the Jean-Paul Goude photographed cover of the ‘Eau’ issue Pharrell has a surprised, almost crazy expression on his face and while we’ve yet to see the piece accompanying this editorial, we’re not sure we see the relevance here.
