Amsterdam’s original streetwear boutique Patta just dropped their Summer 2017 editorial, and after shooting the last seven in European cities decided to head a little further away from home.
Curaçao is a Dutch Caribbean island off the coast of South America. Art Directors Ace Dia and Violette Esmeralda worked with local photographer Gilleam Trapenberg to produce an editorial that blurs the lines between fashion and documentary photography. Curaçao’s geographical location and colonial history make for a unique ethnic and cultural makeup, one that is on full display in these stunning shots.
Patta’s Summer 2017 collection will launch at Patta stores and online this Friday, May 5.
