Brooklyn’s beloved indie foursome The Pains of Being Pure At Heart are getting ready to drop their second album after securing themselves a place on the radar and in their fans hearts with the first self-titled album and the Higher Than The Stars EP.
In support of the new album entitled Belong, they’re releasing a 7″ single via Slumberland next month featuring the tracks “Heart In Your Heartbreak” and “The One”.As far as we can tell they’ve got an expanded budget for this album, evident in the new tracks production values, yet we still love the garage band mentality the first album was founded on.
