OverActive Media announced the extension of its partnership with TD Bank, confirming a five-year, multi-million dollar deal which will help cover both Canadian professional esports teams – Toronto Ultra and Toronto Defiant. The refreshed sponsorship deal includes a remodel of the TD Player Lounge at OverActive’s headquarters; activation support at Toronto Ultra Major III Tournament (which took place earlier this month) and the Toronto Defiant Summer Showdown commencing on September 8, 2022; Toronto Defiant’s Fan Appreciation Weekend in August; and YouTube integration within the global Call of Duty and Overwatch League YouTube broadcasts.
