London based designer Ostwald Helgason took to Manhattan yet again for the fall winter 2013 season, bringing a delightfully jacquard laden, rather mysterious and whimsical collection inspired by Baudelaire’s famous prose poetry.
Little Shop Of Horrors peaks its head into Susanne Ostwald and Ingvar Helgason’s collection in geometric layered venus fly trap printed skirts, and Flowers of Evil comes in with textured sparkly grass like sweaters and withered botanical print silk dresses. The collection also included a somewhat obligatory printed crew neck with Charles Baudelaire’s portrait, which we of course can’t wait to chicly sport on a saturday next fall.
