Though this was our second time seeing Chicago’s scrawny Smith Westerns, we hadn’t really hadn’t let our love for their classic garage rock sink in till it was blasted in our face from the photo pit at Osheaga on Saturday. The set was our first of the day and we’re really glad we decided to skip breakfast to catch it.
They played almost all of Dye It Blonde, opening with our favourite “Imagine pt. 3”, and were sure to thank the crowd for coming out to watch their set over the other bands playing in the same time slot. Check out our photos below.
