On Saturday, day two of Osheaga in Montreal, Chicago MC Lupe Fiasco took to the Scene de la Montagne main stage bringing with him his incredible live show. Slotted in between Karkwa and Death From Above 1979 Lupe held his own in an afternoon geared towards rock rather than rap. Without compromising his message or spirit, Lupe took to the stage with a full band, rocking (pun intended) a solid set that fit perfectly to the festival mood and vibe. Performing hits off of his new Lasers album like “Words I Never Said” and classics “Superstar†and “Kick Push,” Lupe had the crowd singing and rapping along. It was a definite highlight of the day.
