Actress Olivia Wilde has partnered with indie beauty brand True Botanicals becoming their Chief Brand Activist.
After searching for effective, non-toxic and sustainable beauty options Wilde discovered True Botanicals, which is committed to creating products that are not only good for consumers but good for the environment too. She has since joined the brand as their first ever Chief Brand Activist, a role that includes sharing her experiences and promoting more environmentally friendly practices both within the beauty industry and beyond.
Speaking to Refinery29 about the partnership Wilde has said:
“I wanted to be a part of something new and innovative and my belief is that when people understand they have the ability to choose something that’s a lot healthier for themselves, the environment, and that also works, that they won’t go back.”
