NYFW Beauty: NARS for Marc Jacobs Spring Summer 2016

NARS-Marc-Jacobs-SS16-Beauty-Look-2

Francois Nars, Founder & Creative Director of NARS took the lead at the Marc Jacobs spring summer runway presentation at New York Fashion Week.

For the spring summer 2016 season, Marc and Francois created this sexy, worn-in, edgy look by layering mascara, keeping under-eye circles dark, smudged eye paint and a little extra “grease” a.k.a highlighting.

Francois used NARSskin Luminous Moisture Cream on the skin, keeping it bare, refraining from using any foundation or concealer. Dark Angel Velvet Shadow Stick, Solomon Islands Eye Paint, Cressida Dual-Intensity Eye shadow (available SS 16) and Audacious Mascara were used to create the dark, slept-in eyes. Mambo Eyeliner Pencil, Damned Velvet Matte Lip Pencil and 413 BLKR Lipstick were used on the lips to create a stained look. This I-Woke-Up-Like-This look complimented the hair and runway collection, perfectly.

All NARS products used (except for the Cressida Dual-Intensity Eye shadow), are available for purchase online at www.narscosmetics.com and at your local NARS Retailers (Hudson’s Bay, Holt Renfrew, Murale, and Sephora).
