Nothing has always fascinated us, largely because it hit the smartphone market as an underdog. But their design and aesthetic are so compelling that we’ve been tracking their devices ever since. That attention just paid off. The London-based brand has officially unveiled two serious upgrades: the Phone (4b), the first in its new (b) series, and the Ear (3a), the next generation of its bestselling (a) series earbuds.

The Phone (4b) fuses the Glyph Bar look with the unibody build fans loved on the Phone (4a) Pro. It runs on a 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, pushes over one million AnTuTu points, and pairs with a massive 6,000mAh battery in India (5,200mAh globally). Charging is 33W wired, hitting 50% in under 30 minutes. The 6.77-inch Super AMOLED hits 2,000 nits peak, and the 50MP OIS main camera uses Ultra XDR to composite 13 RAW frames for better dynamic range. Nothing OS 4.1 on Android 16 brings Essential AI, ChatGPT access, and three years of updates.

The Ear (3a) adds 32 MB of onboard flash for Audio Snapshot and direct call recording without the phone. It has a new 12mm driver, LDAC up to 24-bit/96kHz, 45 dB Wideband ANC, and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification. Battery life is 10 hours on the buds, 42 hours with the case (ANC off). It launches in Black, White, Yellow, and Pink starting July 7, priced around €99.
Together, these drops sharpen Nothing’s “affordable flagship” game. You get modern chips, big batteries, real cameras, and pro-leaning audio without the premium tax. That’s the move.
