The NikeLab x Acronym Prestos were one of the most popular and well-received sneakers of 2016, and the Acronym Lunar Force 1’s were no slouch either. Now the two brands are back with another killer collaboration for 2017: the NikeLab AF1 Downtown x Acronym.
Acronym is known for its technical explorations when it comes to pushing functionality and aesthetic boundaries. Its portfolio of innovative garments speaks for itself, and this latest design does just that. This slick creation flips the classic AF1 silhouette, adding an extra-high soft shell collar with a quick-release German mil-spec fastener. An extended brass zipper and pleated paneling give the shoe a futuristic look.
