Following the launch of the NikeLab x Loopwheeler “Indigo” collection, NIKEiD has unveiled a Japan-exclusive “Aizome” colourway of the Air Force 1 Low.
For those unaware, aizome (藍染め) is the Japanese word for indigo dye. The shoes are made in Japan and created using the Sashiko method of stitching. The hand-dyed indigo upper is complemented by tan leather highlights on the Swoosh, tongue and heel.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Aizome will be available from BEAMS Japan, BEAMS Harajuku, NikeLab MA5 and Nike Harajuku beginning July 29.
