Nasty Gal decided to grab Lena Dunham for a deliciously naughty collaboration to promote the launch of Lena’s first book, Not That Kind of Girl. Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso had the chance to play dress up with the funny GIRLS writer/producer, and it resulted in (of course) amazing photography and even better fashion statements. From silly graphic tees to sequins and platform heels, this collaboration makes “messy-chic” an actual style. Each piece could be mixed with the next, worn dressed up or down, and projects a certain sense of “I don’t care” – a direct representation of the author herself.
