This video is pretty cool! Directed by Matthew Lessner and shot on location in Vermont at beautiful Mount Equinox by cinematographer Adam Newport Berra. It features the band members jamming out high atop the mountain wearing matching grey harem jumpsuits and scarves loosely tied around their heads.
The girls do a slowly choreographed dance while images of them running with Siberian huskies and strolling with rare llamas are interspersed.
I was able to see them open for TV On The Radio this past summer and they were absolutely amazing. They’re one of my most favourite bands and that show was definitely a highlight of 2009.
“Stillness is the Move” is off their seventh album entitled Bitte Orca (which means Please Whale in German, incase you were wondering).
