Our tastes in music are forever evolving and over 365 days our favourite artists, many of them new, continually move us with their latest and greatest tracks and their hard hitting live performances. We deem them special enough to play to rev us up before we go out to party, to set the mood for a special event, or simply to loop on our way to and from work every day.
It was mighty hard to decide which ones made the cut for the ten best. Obviously I wasn’t able to mention every album on heavy rotation this past year, so I’ve added an honourable mention section, a few of Toronto’s best, as well as a list of the most anticipated albums set to drop in 2011 might just make it onto our list this time next year.
