Super-producer Mike Will Made-It has released the video for his single “23,” the first single off his upcoming album Est. in 1989, Pt. 3. The Hannah Lux Davis-directed video features Miley Cyrus, Juicy J, and Wiz Khalifa all of whom play characters in some sort of bizarre ratchet highschool. Miley Cyrus is looking great, as always.
