Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the Vision V, a chauffeur-driven concept limo that turns a van into a private lounge on wheels. The inside is impossibly tricked out; passengers are treated to a 65-inch retractable cinema screen, 42-speaker surround sound, and seven projectors, creating a 360-degree immersive experience.
The Vision V offers a stunning glimpse into what next level of luxury could look like without wearing the usual Maybach badge. A kind of cocooned sanctuary combining comfort, technology, and style in a way only Mercedes-Benz can.
At its heart, the 65-inch retractable cinema screen, paired with seven projectors and 42 Dolby Atmos speakers, delivers a 360-degree immersive experience that includes seven interactive modes from entertainment and gaming to work, shopping, and karaoke. For a truly VVIP experience, privacy is paramount thanks to switchable liquid crystal glass on the side windows and partition wall, separating the lounge from the driver’s area.
The interior blends timeless craftsmanship with forward-thinking design including Crystal White Nappa leather seats with tubular cushions that fully recline into flatbeds, ambient lighting, a fold-out chessboard, storage for controllers, and something called an Immersive Elegance fragrance system.
Outside, the Vision V reinterprets luxury with a chrome grille, 24-inch wheels, a star-emblazoned hood, and over 450 three-dimensional illuminated rear lights. The Mercedes-Benz Van Electric Architecture underpins the concept, paving the way for future Grand Limousines in 2026 and beyond.
Though it rivals Maybach-level chauffeured opulence, Mercedes-Benz is positioning the Vision V as a new top-end Grand Limousine under its own identity, signalling a fresh vision for the brand.
