Marc Jacobs presents the Spring/Summer 2014 men’s collection. The collection takes cues from late 1930′s ‘Dust Bowl’ workwear with the richness and playfulness of a young Elvis Presley. The collection is built on a material foundation of functionality in lux fabrications, lightweight technical fibers and featherweight constructions. Working with sports mesh, silk airtex, washed- overdyed cashmere, and overprinted cottons. Prints and patterns are utilized in a mash-up of florals, checks, plaids, stripes & polka dots. Rich and shiny silk woven jacquards with refined finishings round out the evening offering of the Marc Jacobs men’s collection.
