Major Lazer has joined forces with new-gen multimedia company Eko to create a groundbreaking new interactive version of their “Know No Better” video featuring Travis Scott, Camila Cabello and Quavo.
You may remember the quirky visual; the story follows two parallel stories of a young boy aspiring to be a dancer, except one is a dream and one is a tough reality. In the new interactive visual, the viewer can now click/tap the video to switch between the juxtaposing realities and be the director their own music video experience.
“[The] creative execution of this parallel story allows audiences to simultaneously step into the shoes of this young dreamer’s reality and his dreams themselves, experiencing his aspirations coming true with him in the moment,” said executive producer Lihu Roter. “It’s a lean forward experience that’s highly engaging, and indicative of what I believe mainstream storytelling will look like in the years to come.”
