MAC Cosmetics is burning up the scene these days, with the launch of their new Vamplify collection yesterday and today revealing their next collaboration with internet rap maven Brooke Candy. You might recognize Brooke for her infamous role in Grimes’ “Genesis” video from a few years back.
She had the following to say about the collection in the press release:
I’m so excited to announce my collaboration with M·A·C Cosmetics. M·A·C truly embraces individuality and isn’t afraid to take risks. They recognized and respected my unique, bold point of view on beauty and gave me full reign to design two lipstick shades. I love the look of a bold lip with a cat eye and added M·A·C’s classic Boot Black Liquid Eyeliner for a strong finish.
The collection features two lipsticks, a deep red called “Mind Control” and a slightly more gothic deep aubergine shade called “Which Witch,” as well as limited edition black liquid eyeliner featuring matching packaging.
