While it’s always hard to say goodbye to the good times of summer, autumn allows us to bring the full glory of layering and my favourite mid-season jackets. For Louis Vuitton, fall is an obvious transition time and inspires the idea of a dual wardrobe philosophy. Created by the Louis Vuitton Studio Prêt-à-Porter Homme and designed to be a standalone offering pre-Pharrell Williams’ taking over as Men’s Creative Director, the Fall 2024 intermediary collection leans into the concept of work-to-play, taking everyday clothing and elevating them to fit into a generational view of dress codes. This is essentially a long way to say that this Fall 2024 mini-collection is designed for every moment in your life, from going out to chill with friends to business to nights on the town and everything in between.
For us, the heavy use of blues in the suiting, the casual wear, and especially the leather goods is the big winner. It’s airy and light and helps the wearer mentally ease into the colder months.
