To mark the 130th anniversary of its iconic Monogram canvas, Louis Vuitton is introducing a new chapter in its Color Blossom Fine Jewelry collection. The latest expansion adds 28 new pieces that reinterpret the House’s signature Monogram flowers through fresh gemstone colours, pavé detailing, and versatile silhouettes designed for stacking, layering, and self-styling.

Originally created in 1896 by Georges Vuitton in tribute to his father, Louis Vuitton, the Monogram motif has become one of fashion’s most recognizable symbols. Inspired by artistic movements such as Neo-Gothic ornamentation and Japanism, the design has remained a creative cornerstone for the House, appearing across everything from leather goods to ready-to-wear and fine jewelry.

The newest addition to the Color Blossom gemstone palette is sodalite, a striking navy-blue stone rarely seen in jewelry today. Known as the “salt stone,” sodalite is relatively opaque with subtle natural inclusions that highlight its organic character. For the collection, each stone undergoes a meticulous lapidary process to achieve the sculpted Monogram flower shape, carved in the line’s signature bombé volume. The highly technical cutting and polishing process, requiring up to five times longer than finishing a flat stone, enhances the gemstone’s natural depth while bringing the motif to life in three dimensions.

Sodalite debuts across seven new pieces, including delicate pendant necklaces in star and sun motifs, a long sautoir, and a multi-motif bracelet pairing a sodalite star with a pavé sun. A star stud earring and an open ring accented with a brilliant diamond complete the lineup.

Alongside the new gemstone introduction, the collection also expands with pavé designs that frame the central bombé stones in diamonds, adding contrast and luminosity to the signature motifs. Highlights include refined white mother-of-pearl pendants in star and sun designs paired with a single diamond, as well as statement medallion-style necklaces in malachite and mother-of-pearl.

Additional pieces broaden the collection’s styling possibilities, from alternating star-and-sun necklaces in pink mother-of-pearl or malachite to a mixed-material sautoir that pairs pink and white mother-of-pearl motifs. New closed rings invite stacking and mixing, while sleeper hoop earrings arrive in sun and star variations crafted in white mother-of-pearl or malachite. A diamond-set star ear cuff adds a contemporary edge, while the House also expands its pink mother-of-pearl offering with five new designs including a long sautoir, bracelets, and minimalist pendants.

From the deep navy hue of sodalite to luminous pavé accents and versatile layering pieces, the latest Color Blossom creations continue to celebrate the enduring creativity of the Monogram 130 years after its debut.
