LOEWE is stepping onto the pitch, or at least into the tunnel, as the new official partner of Spain national football team in a four year partnership that merges luxury fashion with the evolving identity of modern football.

Under the creative direction of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, the Madrid founded fashion house will design a complete travel wardrobe for both the men’s and women’s national teams as they head into major international tournaments from 2026 through 2030, including the 2026 World Cup in North America and the 2030 tournament hosted across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.

Founded in Madrid in 1846, LOEWE has long positioned itself as a house rooted in Spanish craft, leatherwork, and cultural expression. The partnership feels like a natural extension of that narrative, bringing the brand’s ongoing exploration of Spanish identity into the global arena of football.

Rather than leaning into overt sportswear branding, LOEWE’s approach focuses on elevated tailoring and understated luxury. The debut wardrobe for the men’s national team includes sharp suiting, relaxed casualwear, leather goods, and footwear designed for travel and official appearances. Details remain subtle, including a discreet LOEWE Anagram embroidered inside the sleeve of the suit jacket, only visible in motion.

To mark the announcement, LOEWE released a portrait series photographed by Bruno Staub at Spain’s national training ground in Las Rozas outside Madrid, featuring players Pedri, Unai Simón, Rodri, Pau Cubarsí, and Nico Williams.

The collaboration arrives at a moment when luxury fashion’s relationship with football continues to deepen, with player arrivals and travel fits becoming as closely watched as the matches themselves. For LOEWE, the partnership is less about performance apparel and more about representing a contemporary vision of Spain, one built on creativity, movement, and individuality.

As the house approaches its 180th anniversary, the move signals another step in LOEWE’s expanding cultural footprint, connecting fashion, craft, and sport through a distinctly Spanish lens.
