Last night, a sold-out Phoenix theater opted out of election craziness in exchange for a serious dance party care of Aussie dance trio RÜFÜS. Toronto showed a massive amount of love for the Sydney natives, turning the venue into an absolute sweatlodge. The band charged hit first into their set with crowd favourites like “Say A Prayer for Me” and “Sundream”, then wrapped things up with an unforgettable performance of “You were Right”.
Needless to say, we’re glad we spent last evening dancing around with a few hundred strangers, rather than being glued to CNN.
