It takes a lot to get a crowd out on a Sunday night, especially when it’s Super Bowl Sunday. But there is something incredibly charismatic about the new god flow of Pusha T. Taking to the stage to the drum roll beat of “King Push”, the Virginia rapper ran through an hour of his crowd-friendly bangers from his solo mix tapes and album before ending the night with the classic Clipse track “Grinding”. Of course he sprinkled in a whole slew of his killer verses from other G.O.O.D. Music tracks he has featured on. Even though he’s been pushing dirt for 36 years like it’s earth day, Pusha is just now starting to receive the full attention he deserves and the sold out music hall was a good testament to his long and tireless grind.
