Rap is always alive in Toronto, even on a Sunday night. Fans eagerly lined up outside The Phoenix (despite some cold wind) in anticipation for Noname’s headlining sold-out tour stop.
After an opening set from Ravyn Lenae, the Chicago rapper took the stage in expert fashion. She ran through a full set of her groovy, soulful style of hip hop backed by full instrumentation – drums, keys, bass and more.
