Interview Magazine points to the Liberty United x Pamela Love collection and we’re absolutely smitten! Created by entrepreneur Peter Thum (the man behind Ethos Water), Liberty United is an organization that strives to reduce illegal gun violence across the US. They’ve collaborated with Giles and Brother, and now they’ve released a collection created from refashioned illegal bullets, guns, and gun materials in collaboration with Pamela Love.
This collection takes inspiration from artisan and folkloric motifs as well as Love’s iconography of astronomy, astrology, botany, and alchemy of the American Southwest.
On the collection Love said: “I really want to help bring awareness to the issue of gun control…the opportunity to work with them was very exciting.” Twenty five percent of proceeds from the collection go to funding anti-violence and advocacy programs.
