After signing North Carolina rapper Rapsody in July, Roc Nation has announced another new signee to their roster – Levi Carter, a 23 year old rapper from Virginia.
Along with the announcement of his signing, Levi Carter dropped a brand new album entitled Presence of a Lord. Carter’s sound is unlike that of any artist on the Roc Nation lineup, his delivery and spacey instrumentals are similar to other contemporary hip hop artists like Playboi Carti and Madeintyo.
