Red-headed darling, La Sera, has announced the release of her new album Hour of the Dawn via Hardly Art on May 13. This will be the ex- Vivian Girls bassist’s third album under this name after her 2012 sophomore Sees the Light. The singer promised that this will be a “collision of unleashed punk and 80’s power-pop”. Seems like a rebirth with a hint of influence after touring with “Riot ggrl” Kate Nash, considering her previous sound was a swaying tunes of heartbreaks and tears.
