Ryan Hardy of New York restaurant Charlie Bird invites model and foodie Jourdan Dunn & Life+Times into his kitchen to teach her how to make their signature dishes Maccheroni Inferati with handmade pasta.
Hardy makes it look so easy and Dunn seems to get the hang of the rolling technique they use to make handmade pasta in order to grab onto the sauce. After they finish they talk about the appropriate wine parring to match the dish.
