Swedish singer/songwriter Jens Lekman has announced details for his fourth album and shared a new video to match. His upcoming new album, titled Life Will See You Now, is due out February 17th on Secretly Canadian and the video is for the first single, titled “What’s That Perfume That You Wear?” The track features a steel pan sample from Ralph MacDonald’s “The Path”, which happens to be one of Lekman’s “favorite records ever” according to a press release. The song’s video is directed by Christopher Good and paints love as a shattered vase. As Good comments…

“You’re trying to recreate it but can’t quite get the pieces to fit right anymore; it’s all a jumble now and won’t hold water any longer. A danceable nightmare of heartache.”
