Japandroids have announced the release of Near to the Wild Heart of Life, their highly anticipated follow-up LP to their 2012 sophomore album Celebration Rock. The album drops January 27 of next year, and the Vancouver duo have already slapped up the roaring title track to make us all the more fired up for its release. Those who place a pre-order for the album will receive a special edition 7-inch of the single “Near to the Wild Heart of Life,” which is paired up nicely with B-side of their Talking Heads cover of “Love → Building on Fire.”
