Kiko Kostadinov and Dr. Martens reunite for a new Made in England collaboration, continuing their exploration of form, function, and material. First introduced during the Dante collection presentation in November 2025, the limited-edition release applies reclaimed leather to silhouettes that balance industrial utility with subversive design.

The women’s TOE BOX Shoe reworks a traditional Oxford through the lens of a Mary Jane profile. Defined by its cut-out construction and single-eyelet lace-up closure, the design introduces a sense of openness while maintaining structure. Triple contrast stitching emphasizes its layered construction, while the upper combines embossed chartreuse suede with two-tone green leather and a Kiko Kostadinov Womenswear dog tag completes it.

For men, the STRAP Shoe approaches a classic workwear silhouette with a more direct utilitarian language. Rendered in all-black leather, the design is anchored by a riveted, heavyweight crossover velcro strap, shifting the focus from lacing to fastening as both function and visual statement.

Across both models, Dr. Martens’ core construction remains intact. Rounded toe boxes, Goodyear-welt stitching, and the brand’s signature grooved air-cushioned soles ground the designs, ensuring durability while anchoring them within the label’s heritage.

The release is accompanied by “DANTE E-WAX,” a photographic project by E-WAX documenting the original Dante collection, further extending the collaboration’s narrative beyond footwear.

Available now online, with in-store releases across Tokyo, Ginza, and Seoul, the collection reflects Kostadinov’s ongoing interest in reconfiguring familiar forms, pushing them toward something more experimental while remaining rooted in function.
