Scottish rainwear brand Hunter debuted their SS15 pieces at London Fashion Week this fall. Under the guidance of new artistic director Alasdhair Willis, (husband of Stella McCartney) the nautical themed Hunter Originals line was just as blue blooded but with a touch of street flair. A plethora of pastel hues in lilac and mint mixed with army toned khaki textiles were paired with classic Hunter wellingtons and chunky platforms.
Dazzle printed ponchos and mid-height boots displayed an homage to a cloaking pattern used by the British Navy on warships. We loved a straight cut military inspired look in navy which was styled with a bucket hat. Purses with square rubber feet in clashing colours and marbled rubber sneakers were also on our hit list. Stay tuned for when the collection will be available in stores next spring.
