This is not a last minute gift guide. It’s also not, not a last minute gift guide, depending on how you look at it. But don’t panic, you still have oodles of time to be thoughtful and intentional about your gifts this season. I myself have been in a ‘buy less, buy better, smarter’ kind of mood for the past few years in an effort to curb over consumption, and have been falling in love with some pieces already in my home and closet.
But as often happens these days, capitalism has gotten the better of me, and I finally caved, just nine days before Christmas. Firstly, because these ideas are too good not share with you, and second, selfishly, I am hoping that the special people in my life who may be looking for gifts to get me will read this (if thats you I’d like the Fendi baguette embroidery kit please!!).
As such, please enjoy this lovely round up of the items I would love to give the women in my life or gift to myself.

Phoebe Philo Small Gig Bag, $2700 USD
If your girl is always gravitating to a black bag for its everyday ease, may I invite you to try swapping it out for white this season. Equally as everyday, I have found a cream or stark white handbag to be the MVP of my accessory collection, bringing together looks in every season. This Phoebe Philo gig bag in stucco is perhaps one of the queens of quiet luxury. Constructed with supple calf leather and a luxe suede lining, tonal stitching, silver hardware, and fun leather tie details on the side.
May I introduce you to the most versatile piece in your wardrobe this winter: the cashmere foulard. Made from the finest super soft Scottish-spun cashmere in Hawick, Scotland, this piece has been the most indispensable piece in my winter rotation and a welcomed alternative to a bulky scarf. Red has easily become a neutral for me, brightening up any simple outfit, but it also comes in Pink, Dark Natural, Navy and Charcoal.

Pair with some beeswax candles and you’re sure to get you invited back next year.

If you’re all stocked on socks this season, this Jessie Burch comb is a fine second choice for a stocking stuffer, albeit a tad pricier. This special art deco inspired piece is crafted with sterling sliver coated brass fixed with a black onyx stone by NYC-based designer and metalsmith. A tribute to Austrian designer and architect Josef Hoffmann’s “Seven Ball Chair” this piece is sure to surprise and delight this season.

Every fashion girlie needs a piece from Michael Rider’s first collection for Celine. It’s the ultimate versatile piece that can be worn as we saw in Brian Molloy’s styling for the spring summer 2026 show earlier this year which saw them tied at the neck, tucked under blazers, or draped playfully.

Fendi Baguette Embroidery Kit, $4700 CAD
Every girl needs a baguette, but not the kind you put butter on. Don’t get me wrong those are wonderful too, but this Fendi baguette embroidery kit is the kind of gift that will bring a girl to tears! The kit comes with a baguette made from perforated cotton, a signature gold FF clasp, cross-body strap, and an embroidery kit with a rainbow of signature cotton thread, needles and a variety of thimbles, which is maybe the sweetest part? At the end she’ll have a one of one baguette to cherish and hand down to generations to come.
