Harry Rosen x Gary Taxali ‘The Art of Flirtation’ Fall 2014

Harry Rosen x Gary Taxali The Art of Flirtation Fall 2014

Harry Rosen has collaborated with local artist Gary Taxali yet again after launching their first ever special edition pocket squares across Canada this time last year. The current capsule collection consists of five pocket squares created to celebrate “art of flirtation for the modern man” according to the press release. We love the comic whimsy of his art and the pocket square seems the perfect garment to execute this vision through fashion.

The new series of pocket squares are printed on high-quality Italian silk each baring a flirtatious message including “I ♥ Us”, “Wink/Why Not Me”, “Crushing Big Time/ Make It Count”, “Call Me/Never Call Me” and our personal favourite, “You Had Me at Good Bye/My Feelings Like You.” Taxali says “these pocket squares are based on sketches I created to convey the playful side of flirtation which I find the mark of a true gentlemen – just like the man that shops at Harry Rosen.”

Celebrating their 60th anniversary this year, Harry Rosen continues to support fellow Canadian designers and artists and “Gary Taxali is … a shining example of the immense talent our country has to offer,” says CEO Larry Rosen, “these pocket squares are a great opportunity for men to showcase their playful personalities and give their look a lift.”

Take a closer look at the designs below and shop them at select stores Harry Rosen locations across Canada and online at www.harryrosen.com starting October 8th.
