Not too long ago, dope as heck Toronto producer Harrison dropped a sweet video for his song “Vertigo” featuring a l l i e, off his debut album Checkpoint Titanium. Now we’ve got an equally rad (if not radder) video for another Checkpoint Titanium album cut. The video in question is for “So Far From Home,” which features Young Guv, the project of Ben Cook who you also may know from Fucked Up or No Warning. The Tristan C-M directed video was shot in Prince Edward County and features the chill dudes having a chill funky time. As Harrison explains in a press release…

“After many rescheduled attempts due to bad weather, Tristan, Ben, Aurora, Jackie and I took a road trip from Toronto to Prince Edward County to shoot the video. Along the way, we encountered a cemetery with side by side headstones matching mine and Ben’s names, an abandoned prisoner of war camp, super chill wild chickens, and the Sandbanks of PEC. It was all pretty tight, and probably the most relaxing video shoot I’ve done so far.”

Watch the video for “So Far From Home” above.

Checkpoint Titanium is out now on Last Gang Records. Grab a sweet clear vinyl or grab a digital download via Apple Music. You can also catch Harrison live at the dates below.
