It seems there’s nothing Riz Ahmed can’t do. We’ve seen him act in Nightcrawler and rap alongside Himanshu Suri aka HEEMS in their Swetshop Boys project. Halflife is his collaboration with UK producer Distance and they’ve released their debut EP Subtle today. Compared to his work in Swetshop Boys, Ahmed goes a bit dark and grimy in the Halflife material. Listen to “Empty” on Stereogum.
