Gucci has decided to transform it’s flagship store located on Via Montenapoleone in Milan into a fabulous customization boutique. This DIY type of retail idea is new to the brand, thanks to Alessandro Michele, Gucci’s newest Creative Director who was appointed just one year ago.
The flagship Milan location has been transformed into a British punk-inspired boutique. Customers can pick and choose suits and jackets with fully optional appliques, embroidery, thread choices, collar and cuff styles, monograms, and more. The options available are as kitschy as they are awesome. We think this is totally unique experience for Gucci customers; let’s see if their Milan clientele love the idea as much as we do.
