It’s not even a hint cold out yet, but being the good Canadians we are, we’ve already started thinking ahead to winter. Specifically our next holiday.
We recently visited the Gap Canada offices to preview all the holiday collections for Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy and we’re always surprised and excited at the level of both fashionable and functional pieces present for a mass merchant such as this.
The particular gems in the Gap collection were the selection of warm gloves and one pretty awesome pair of olive tinted camel lace-up boots finished with a double buckle top, while Old Navy was all about colour. Vibrant leather and chiffon dominated Banana Republic’s holiday selection with dots and t’s crossed in the men’s section with cutesy Hermes-esque ties patterned with alpine skiers, rhinos, and monkeys.
