Frank Ocean has dropped “Nikes,” yet another piece of new music independent from his Friday release of ENDLESS. “Nikes” popped up onto Apple Music this Saturday morning with a sensual music video to accompany the track. It is yet another sad-boy ballad we’ve been wanting from Frank, but much more upbeat in contrast to the tracks off ENDLESS. The video is a lot to unpack between a collage of VHS Calvin Klein-esque audition tapes, to grainy macro shots of bodies bathed in neon lights and glitter, to Frank sporting the hardest cut winged eyeliner sipping lean in front of drag race cars, and shout outs to the late A$AP Yams and Trayvon Martin.

A representative from Apple Music told Pitchfork to “keep an eye out this weekend for more from Frank” and Rolling Stone reported another Frank Ocean album, Boys Don’t Cry, is set to drop sometime this weekend. We’ll be on the edge of our seat all weekend waiting for it like we haven’t been the past 4 years. In the meantime, we’ll be watching “Nikes” and ENDLESS on loop.

Watch “Nikes” above.
