Foals have shared a beautiful and emotional video for “Give It all,” the third single off their fourth album What Went Down. We found ourselves wanting to know more about the couple in the Nabil-directed video. It features a heartbroken guy, played by César Best Actor winner Jérémie Renier, who’s going through every day life constantly reminded of the relationship he was in. He’s practically haunted in his own home by his ex, played by French actress Caroline Fauvet. Foals appears as the band playing in the the bar where Renier is trying to drown his sorrows. We don’t really know what happened with the couple. Why did they breakup? Is she alive even? How long ago was this? We have a lot of questions and desperately hope this is a part of a series.
