Florence + The Machine has released three new tracks for the upcoming Final Fantasy XV.
Florence Welch collaborated with Emile Haynie, the producer behind some of Lana Del Rey’s dreamiest cuts, to deliver three stunning tracks perfectly suited for the newest installment of the video game series. All three tracks “Too Much Is Never Enough,” “I Will Be,” and a gorgeous rendition of “Stand By Me,” carry a perfectly balanced theatrical quality sure to bring you chills upon hearing the first note.
Welch is excited to be part of the Final Fantasy franchise that’s so widely revered for its awe-inspiring soundtracks. She states:
“In some ways the landscape of Final Fantasy and my own internal landscape seemed to fit quite well, it’s mythical and beautiful and epic.”
We couldn’t agree more with you, Flo. The tracks are truly ethereal and there couldn’t have been a better choice than Florence + The Machine to take this project.
Final Fantasy XV will be released on September 30 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
