We recently had a chance to preview Etnia Barcelona‘s latest collection of eyewear created with the spirit of African textures in mind. The Wild Love In Africa collection not only uses and animal prints, it’s also made with eco-friendly acetate and organic compounds that are totally biodegradable and recyclable. Designed by David Pellicer and photographed by renowned photojournalist Steve McCurry in South Africa, the collection captures the beauty and heart of fashionable prints found in nature.
The collection also marks the brands first collaboration with the Africa Rising Foundation, an NGO founded by Ndaba and Kweku Mandela (Nelson’s grandsons) to contribute to the development of the African continent. Wild Love in Africa is truly a fashionably good cause.
