Drake has shared a brand new single, titled “Nice For What,” after announcing it during his surprise appearance at Majid Jordan’s closing tour date. Sampling Lauryn Hill, this new release is taken off of his forthcoming yet-to-be-titled studio album.
The Toronto artist pulled all the stops for this release by rallying up some of the world’s biggest female entertainers for cameos. The list includes (in order of appearance) Olivia Wilde, Misty Copeland, Issa Rae, Rashida Jones, Jourdan Dunn, Tracee Ellis Ross, Tiffany Haddish, Yara Shahidi, Zoe Saldana, Elizabeth and Victoria Lejonhjärta, Letitia Wright, Bria Vinaite, Syd and Michelle Rodriguez. Considering the song’s subject matter is on female empowerment, this tribute is certainly fitting.
