Hot damn! Just hours after Meek Mill opened up for Nicki Minaj on her Toronto tour date, Drake drops another drake aimed at Mill’s. The freestyle, “Back to Back” follows up Drizzy’s “Charged Up” and gets personal, dropping lines like “You love her then you gotta get a world tour / Is that a world tour or your girl’s tour? / I know that you gotta be a thug for her / This ain’t what she meant when she told you to open up more.” As well as “Trigger fingers turn to Twitter fingers / You gettin’ bodied by a singin’ ni**a.” Ouch.
On a related note, at last night’s Nicki concert Meek was booed by the gathered audience before he started chanting “Fuck You”. You can be sure this isn’t over yet and will probably be a hot topic this weekend in Toronto for Drake’s annual OVO Fest.
